I contacted Justin about my 1993 Honda Shadow because I needed my bike's carburetor to be rebuilt. (I tried starting on it myself, but it ended up being more than I could handle. On top of that, no other shop/Honda dealership would bother with it because the bike was "too old.") Justin was awesome! He even offered to look over my bike, overall, at an additional, very nominal cost. (I'm not a mechanic, and I bought the bike used.) He his straight up honest, doesn't try adding BS work, and he has become the guy I will always trust with my bike. I didn't get my MC endorsement until I was 50. I still consider myself a novice rider over ten years later. As a woman (who has learned by being scammed by POS's in the past), I know he is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. He also has real respect for women who ride. His shop rates are reasonable and affordable, especially considering his experience. I highly recommend him! I would give him a TEN STAR rating, but I'm limited to five.

Justin went way above in replacing my tire after it blew. I was 3,300 kms from home so was in a bad spot. His shop is clean . Justin is a real pro

This review is long overdue. I ambled into Great Falls on a BMW F800GS with a fading chain. En route solo to Great Falls, from Bishop, California, I stopped in Arco, Idaho, where I noticed that my chain was thrashed. Called my dealer in Nevada and they said, "We changed out the chain/sprockets on the F650GS, not the F800GS." So much for paying attention to my Excel spreadsheets. Sitting on my cell in Arco, I ordered a chain from Sprocket Center/Fountain Valley, CA. From Arco, I called Westside and made an appointment. Sprocket Center Fed-exed the chain/sprocket set to Montana Expo Park. I picked it up two days later and Westside took the F800GS in and replaced the chain/sprockets with two days notice. Great service, classic shop. Westside is easy walking distance to Montana Expo Park. Professional, knowledgeable. Thank you.

Westside motorsports is the only place I trust to take my bikes to. Justin is awesome to work with and genuinely cares about the bike community. His goal is keeping the bikes we ride safe to operate and in tip top shape. You can tell this guy has passion for the game and will work on any bike you have. He takes the time to walk you all the way around your bike to show you what was done, what to keep an eye on, and what will need to be done next. Only gave him 5 stars because there’s no option for 10. Seriously, it doesn’t matter what you ride, Justin is your guy and will take care of you.
